Booking confirmation & your e-ticket

As soon as your payment is confirmed, your booking is complete and a confirmation with your e-ticket is sent to your email. There is nothing else to collect. This article explains what you receive, what is on your e-ticket, how to use it on the day, and what to do if it does not arrive.

What you receive

Your confirmation email arrives within a few minutes of payment. It includes your booking reference and your e-ticket, which is your proof of booking for the day of the cruise. Keep this email safe, or save it to your phone, so you can find it easily later.

What is on your e-ticket

Your e-ticket and confirmation show the key details of your booking:

  • Your booking reference
  • The cruise name and what is included
  • The date and departure time
  • The number of guests
  • The meeting point or pier
  • A booking code to show or scan when you board

Check that the date, time, and guest count are correct as soon as the email arrives. If anything looks wrong, contact us so we can fix it well before the day.

On your phone or printed

You can show your e-ticket on your phone or printed, and both are accepted at boarding. A mobile ticket is enough, so you do not need a printer. To be safe, save the email or take a screenshot so you can open it even without an internet connection at the pier.

Using your e-ticket on the day

Have your e-ticket ready at the meeting point and show it when you board. Bring your ID as well, as there can be a passport or ID check at the pier, so foreign visitors are best bringing their original passport. See what to bring and where to meet and board for the full details.

Did not receive your confirmation?

If the email has not arrived within a few minutes, try these steps:

  • Check your spam or junk folder
  • Make sure the email address you entered at checkout is correct
  • Allow a few extra minutes, as delivery can be slower at busy times
