Everything you need to manage your trip is tied to your booking, and you do not need an account for any of it. Look up your booking with the form above using your booking reference, or find it in your confirmation email. This page shows how to find your booking and everything you can do with it.
Find your booking
There are two easy ways to get to your booking:
- Use the lookup form above: enter your booking reference and the PIN or email from your confirmation, and your booking opens
- Open your confirmation email: it was sent the moment you booked and contains your full booking and reference
Your booking reference is a short code, usually starting with BT, shown in your confirmation email and on your receipt.
What your confirmation email contains
- Your booking reference: the code you need for any change or question
- Cruise, date, and time: exactly what you booked and when it departs
- Meeting point and pier: where to go and when to arrive
- Guests: the number and type of travellers on the booking
- Total paid: the full amount, with taxes included
- Our contact details: how to reach us if you need help
Cannot find your confirmation?
- Check your spam or promotions folder: confirmation emails sometimes land there
- Search your inbox: look for the booking reference, or for Bosphorus Tour Istanbul
- Check the email you used: it may have gone to a different address than you expected
- Still nothing? contact us with the name and email used to book, and we will resend it, see contact us
What you can do with your booking
- Check the details: confirm your date, time, pier, and guests at any time
- Change it: move your date or time, or update the number of guests, see change your booking
- Cancel it: cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund, see how to cancel your booking and our free cancellation policy
- Add a request: tell us about a dietary need, an occasion, or accessibility, and we will pass it to the boat
- Track a refund: see when a refund will arrive, see refunds and how long they take
Manage it yourself, anytime
You do not need to wait for our support hours to handle your booking. Using your booking reference and the lookup above, you can find your trip and start a change or cancellation at any time of day. We are expanding this self-service area so more can be done in a few taps, without emailing us at all.
Keep your booking handy
Save your confirmation email or take a screenshot of your booking reference, so you have it on the day. If you booked for someone else, forward them the confirmation so they have the details and the meeting point too.
