Cancel your booking
Enter the booking reference and PIN from your confirmation email.
You can cancel a Bosphorus cruise before the cancellation deadline, and within the free window you get a full refund. There are two ways to cancel.
Cancel with your booking reference
Use the form above. Enter the booking reference and PIN from your confirmation email and submit. Both are shown in the confirmation we emailed you right after booking.
Cancel by contacting us
You can also cancel by contacting us. Send us your booking reference and we will cancel it for you and confirm by email. Contact us.
Deadline and refund
Cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations within 24 hours of departure, and no-shows, are not refundable. See our free cancellation policy and refunds and how long they take.
Cancellation confirmation
When you cancel a booking, we send you a cancellation confirmation by email. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.
You can find the cancellation policy for your booking in your confirmation email or on your e-ticket. If you cancelled within the cancellation window, your refund is processed automatically to the same payment method you used to book, and usually appears in your account within 3 to 5 business days.
