Everything below is how we keep that promise: honest listings, a confirmed booking, a secure payment, verified boats, and a clear path to a refund if something goes wrong. None of it is hidden in fine print.
1. What you book is what you get
The listing is the agreement. We do not use one boat in the photos and send you to another, and we do not advertise a service we cannot deliver:
- Real photos and videos: the images on each cruise show the actual boats and the actual route, not stock pictures of a different vessel
- Honest descriptions: the route, the duration, the menu, and what is included are written to match what happens on board
- The price you see is the price you pay: the total at checkout is final, with taxes included and no surprise fees added later
- Clear inclusions: what is and is not included is listed before you pay, so there are no gaps on the day

2. Your booking is confirmed and secure
- Instant confirmation: your place is confirmed the moment you book, and your confirmation email arrives right away
- Secure payment: checkout is handled by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment provider, so your card details are encrypted and never stored by us
- Verified boats and operators: we work only with licensed operators whose boats are insured and inspected for passenger safety

3. If something is not as promised, we make it right
If what you receive does not match what you booked, tell us and we put it right. You do not chase us, we own it. Depending on what happened, that means:
- We fix it: we correct anything that was missing or wrong, on the day where we can
- We rebook you: we offer an alternative cruise or date if your cruise cannot run
- We refund you: in full, or in part for what was not delivered

How a refund claim is checked
When you raise an issue, here is what happens:
- You contact us: send your booking reference and a short description of what went wrong, with a photo if you have one
- We review it: we check your booking against what you were promised, and where needed we confirm the facts with the operator
- We make it right: if the cruise did not deliver what you booked, we make you whole with a fix, an alternative, or a refund
- We pay you back fast: refunds go to your original payment method, in euros, normally within 3 to 5 business days

Free cancellation, both ways
The guarantee also covers your plans changing and the weather turning:
- You can cancel: cancel up to 24 hours before departure for a full refund, no reason needed
- If the operator cancels: if a cruise is called off, for example for unsafe weather, we give you another date or a full refund, your choice
