What you see is what you get
The listing you book from is the agreement. The photos, the route, the menu, the duration, what is included, and the price are all there to match what happens on the day. We do not advertise one thing and deliver another. This page explains exactly what that means and what we do if anything is ever off.
The photos and videos are real
Every cruise page shows the actual boats and the actual experience, so you know what you are boarding before you pay:
- Real boats: the images and videos show the vessels we actually use, not stock pictures of a different or larger boat
- The real route: what you see on the map and in the description is the route the cruise follows along the Bosphorus
- The real setting: the deck, the seating, the dinner tables, and the views are shown as they are on board
We can show real boats because we work only with operators we have checked ourselves. See verified boats and operators.
The description matches the day
- Duration: the cruise length stated on the listing is what you get, from boarding to return
- Route and stops: the sights and turning point described are the ones the cruise actually passes
- The menu: the food and drinks listed are what is served on that cruise, by package
- Timing: the departure time you select is the time the cruise leaves
For what each cruise covers, see what is included in the price.
The price you see is the price you pay
There are no surprises at the end of checkout. The total you confirm is the total you are charged:
- All taxes included: the price already includes tax, so nothing is added on top
- No hidden fees: we do not add booking fees, service fees, or card fees after you have chosen your cruise
- Clear extras: any optional add-on, such as a hotel transfer or a drinks upgrade, is shown separately and only charged if you choose it
- The currency is clear: prices are shown and charged in euros, so you know the exact amount
What is and is not included is stated up front
Before you pay, each listing tells you what is in the price and what is not, so there are no gaps on the day. That includes the meal or refreshments, any entertainment, and whether extras like hotel pickup are part of the package or a paid add-on. If something is optional, we say so plainly.
If anything does not match, we make it right
We hold ourselves to the listing. If what you receive on the day does not match what you booked, that is on us, not you:
- Tell us: contact us with your booking reference and what was different, with a photo if you have one
- We check it: we compare your booking against what was promised and confirm the facts with the operator where needed
- We put it right: we correct it, offer an alternative, or refund you for what was not delivered
This is backed by our money-back guarantee and your refund rights.
Our promise: what you see on the listing is what you get on the boat. If it is not, we fix it or refund you.
This is part of our guarantee. Have a question before you book? Contact us and we will help.
