• Email: best for questions that are not urgent, and when you want to attach a booking confirmation or a photo. We usually reply within a few hours
• Phone: best for anything urgent, especially on the day of your cruise. If you are at the pier and need help right away, call us
• WhatsApp: best for a quick message on the go, with photos if needed. Handy while you are travelling
• Message form: use the form below if you prefer, and we will reply to you by email

Help us help you faster

When you get in touch, having a few details ready means we can sort things out in one step:

• Your booking reference: the code from your confirmation email, usually starting with BT
• The name on the booking: so we can find it quickly
• A clear description: what you need, and the cruise date if it is relevant
• A photo if useful: for anything you want us to see, such as a document or an issue on the day
