Support hours

We are here for you seven days a week. Live chat and phone support run during our support hours, and you can email us at any time, day or night. This page shows exactly when we are available and the fastest way to reach us at any moment.

Our support hours

  • Every day, including weekends: 08:00 to midnight (00:00)
  • Time zone: Istanbul time, GMT+3

During these hours we aim to answer live chat and phone calls quickly, and to reply to emails within a few hours.

Check if we are online right now

You do not have to work out the time difference yourself. The support card on this page, and on every Help Center page, shows a live status. A green dot means we are online and ready to chat or take your call. If we are offline, it shows when we will be back.

How fast we reply

  • Live chat and phone, during hours: usually right away
  • Email, during hours: normally within a few hours
  • Email, outside hours: we reply first thing when we are back online
  • WhatsApp: answered during support hours, and you can message any time

Urgent help on the day of your cruise

If your cruise is today and you need help right away, for example you cannot find the pier or you are running late, call us. Phone is the fastest channel for same-day issues during support hours. Our number and all our contact details are on the contact us page.

Outside our hours

If you reach us when we are offline, send an email or a WhatsApp message with your booking reference and your question. Your message is waiting for us the moment we are back, and we reply first thing. Nothing is lost by writing outside hours.
