Change your booking
If your plans change, you do not have to cancel. You can move your cruise to another date or time, or change the number of guests, from the My Reservation area, as long as the new slot still has space. This article explains how to do it, how price differences work, and the deadline.
How to change your date or time
You can reschedule yourself in a few steps from the My Reservation area:
- Open the My Reservation area and enter your booking reference and PIN. Both are in the confirmation email we sent right after you booked.
- Open the booking you want to change.
- Choose to change the date or time. You will see a calendar with the dates and times that are still available.
- Pick a new date and an available time slot.
- Review the comparison of your old and new details, including any price difference.
- Confirm the change. Your updated e-ticket is emailed to you straight away.

Changing the number of guests
You can add or remove guests from the same My Reservation area. Adding guests depends on the space left on your chosen departure, so for a larger group it is best to change as early as possible. Removing guests adjusts your booking down. If the space you need is not available online, contact us and we will check what we can do for your date.
Price differences
A different date, time, or guest count can have a different price, for example a weekend or a sunset slot may cost more than a weekday. If your new choice costs more, you pay only the difference. If it costs less, you receive a refund of the difference to your original payment method. The exact amount is always shown before you confirm, so there are no surprises.
Deadline and availability
Make your change before your cruise’s original departure time. Changes are subject to availability, and popular slots such as sunset cruises and weekends fill up first, so it is best to change as early as you can. Once a departure has passed it can no longer be changed.
