We offer free cancellation on Bosphorus cruises. You can cancel up to 24 hours before departure and get a full refund. This article explains the cancellation window, how refunds work, and what happens when a cruise is cancelled for reasons outside anyone’s control.

Free cancellation window

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours, one day, before your cruise’s departure time and receive a full refund to your original payment method. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure, and no-shows, are not refundable. The exact terms are shown on each cruise page before you book.

How to cancel

Refunds

Eligible refunds are returned to the card or method you paid with. The time to appear on your statement depends on your bank, usually a few business days. See refunds and how long they take.

Force majeure and operator cancellations

Sometimes a cruise cannot run for reasons outside anyone’s control, such as severe weather, rough seas, storms, or a safety closure on the strait. If a cruise is cancelled for one of these reasons, you are offered a free change to another date or a full refund, even within the 24-hour window. We contact you as soon as we know.
