Where to meet and board
Most of our cruises meet at Kabataş, on the European shore. It is central and easy to reach, and your exact meeting point is confirmed after you book. Here is how to get there, find the boat, and board without stress.
Getting to Kabataş
- By tram: take the T1 line to Kabataş; the pier is a 2 to 3 minute walk
- By funicular: the funicular from Taksim Square reaches Kabataş in about 2 minutes
- On foot: the meeting area is on the seaside, opposite the Kabataş tram station
Finding the boat at the pier
When you arrive at the meeting area, look for:
- Our staff with a sign near the meeting point, ready to welcome you
- The check-in booth, where you show your e-ticket on your phone or printed
- The seaside opposite the tram station as your reference point
After check-in, our team guides you to your boat. Have your ID ready, as there can be a passport or ID check at the pier.
Your exact meeting point
We send your exact meeting point after you book, so you can navigate straight to it. You receive it by:
- Your confirmation email
- A map link or pin
If you booked a hotel transfer, your pickup details are sent the same way, so you do not need to make your own way to the pier.
When to arrive
Arrive about 15 to 20 minutes before departure. This leaves time for check-in and any ID check at the pier, and the boat leaves on schedule, so latecomers can miss it. See what to bring, and if you are delayed, running late.
