Hotel transfers & pickup
Some of our cruises offer a hotel transfer, so you can be picked up and dropped off instead of making your own way to the pier. Whether a transfer is available depends on the cruise and the package. Here is how it works and the areas it covers.
Is a transfer included?
It depends on the cruise. Some packages include a hotel transfer, others offer it as a paid add-on, and some are meeting-point only. The option, and any extra cost, is shown on the cruise page and at checkout. See what is included in the price for how packages differ.
How hotel pickup works
- After you book a transfer, your pickup time is confirmed, so confirm it at least 24 hours before your cruise
- Pickup usually starts about 1.5 to 2 hours before departure, as it is shared with other guests along the way
- Wait in your hotel lobby a few minutes before the pickup time, with your e-ticket and ID ready
- After the cruise, the drop-off back toward your hotel area is included on transfer packages
Staying in touch during your transfer
To make pickup smooth, we may share your phone number with the driver so they can reach you at the meeting time. Our team keeps track of your transfer the whole way, so if anything comes up, such as a delay or you cannot find the vehicle, you can contact us at any time and we will help.
Areas covered
Transfers cover hotels in the central areas, including:
- Old City: Sultanahmet, Sirkeci, Beyazıt, Laleli, Aksaray, Topkapı, Fındıkzade
- Beyoğlu side: Taksim, Beyoğlu, Şişhane, Talimhane, Tepebaşı, Maçka, Şişli
Hotels outside these central areas are usually not covered, so guests staying further out make their own way to the pier. If you are not sure your hotel is covered, contact us with the hotel name and we will check before you book.
No transfer? Meet at the pier
If your cruise does not include a transfer, or you prefer to travel yourself, you meet at the pier, usually Kabataş. See finding your pier and when to arrive for travel times from the main areas.
