How your payment is protected

What is 3D Secure?
3D Secure is an extra layer of bank verification. When you pay, your bank may ask you to approve the payment in your banking app or with a one-time code sent by SMS. It takes only a moment and protects you against unauthorised use of your card. Seeing this step is normal and means your payment is being checked.
What we can and cannot see
To be clear about your data at checkout:
- We can see: your name, contact details, your booking, and the amount paid
- We cannot see: your full card number, the security code (CVC), or your PIN
