Payment methods

All payments on our site are processed securely through Stripe, a leading global payment provider. You can pay with a major card or a digital wallet, and your card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored on our site.

Cards we accept

You can pay with all major debit and credit cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro
  • American Express

Enter your card details on the checkout page. Your card must be enabled for online and international payments, which most cards are by default. If your bank uses 3D Secure, you may be asked to approve the payment in your banking app or with a one-time code before it goes through.

Digital wallets

For a faster checkout, you can also pay with a digital wallet if your device supports it:

  • Apple Pay on Apple devices using Safari
  • Google Pay on Android devices and in Chrome
  • The wallet button appears automatically at checkout when your device and browser support it.

Is it secure?

Yes. Every payment is processed by Stripe and protected at each step:

  • PCI DSS Level 1: Stripe is certified to the highest level of payment security
  • Your card stays private: we never see or store your full card number
  • 3D Secure: your bank may add a verification step for extra protection
  • Encrypted connection: all payment data is sent over a secure, encrypted connection

If your payment is declined

If a card is declined, it is usually your bank protecting the card rather than a problem on our side, which is common with cards used abroad. Try these steps:

  • Make sure your card is enabled for online and international payments in your banking app
  • Try a different card
  • Try Apple Pay or Google Pay instead
  • Contact your bank to approve the transaction, then try the payment again

If it still does not go through, contact us and we will help you complete your booking.

Which currency you pay in

Prices are shown in euros. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount at its own rate, so the final charge can vary slightly. See currency and exchange rates for how this works.
